The content of this video is general information only.

In this video, Paul Taylor explains why prolonged sitting can be as damaging as smoking and what you can do to counter it. Paul introduces the concept of 'movement snacks', brief bursts of physical activity integrated into your day.

These short routines increase blood flow, oxygenation, and the release of myokines, powerful molecules that promote brain and body health. Done consistently, they act like a recharge for your brain, helping you stay sharper, healthier and more productive throughout the day.
